The Red Lion is a small 4-star hotel. Contained within an ancient burgher house, it is located right in the historical centre of the town, in the vicinity of Prague Castle, overlooking the Royal Route. The well preserved cellar rooms – presently housing a restaurant – are Gothic, while the Renaissance period can be appreciated in the original painted beam ceilings of both the public areas and the guest rooms.
The spacious standard guestrooms are appointed in a period style and offer wonderful views of Pet?ín Hill, Royal Route and the Lesser Town rooftops beneath Prague Castle. All the rooms are equipped with a hair drier, mini bar, safe, direct dial telephone and TV set with satellite reception.
The hotel’s restaurant consists of a ground floor venue, a cellar venue and a cellar wine room. Guests can select from typical Czech specialities as well as from a wide assortment of international cuisine.
