The Golden Star is a stylish 4-star hotel, located right in the historical centre of the town, in close vicinity of Prague Castle, overlooking the Royal Route. In its present form it dates back to 1723-1732 and its interior was fully renovated in 2000, with the original 270 year old staircase, ornamental plaster ceilings and period wooden furniture all retained to emphasise its historical atmosphere.
Attractively appointed with wooden period furniture, the standard single and double guestrooms offer views of Prague Castle, Royal Route and the Lesser Town rooftops. All rooms are equipped with a hair drier, mini bar, safe, direct dial telephone, TV set with satellite reception. They also have en suite bathrooms with tub/shower.
In the hotel’s restaurant guests can select from typical Czech specialities as well as from a wide assortment of international cuisine. It’s an ideal venue for meetings with friends or business partners.
