Hotel and staff were 1st rate, my only gripe was that the fitness room and sauna were having a re-fit during our stay and we were not made aware of this at the time of the booking, other wise 1st class!!

Hotel was just lovely and the concierge service was second to none.

Was recommended by the hotel to try La Casa an Argentinian restaurant and we kept going back it was so good . Be careful with the street taxi's as they will really rip you off,I asked the price (300 crowns) and agreed it but when we arrived I only had a 500 crown note and he just would not give us the change. Also stay away from Trinity cafe on the corner of Wenseles Square and the main shopping street, they charged €12 for a coffee and a hot chocolate.

Excellent city centre hotel, staff were very helpful.

Would recommend the walking tours, a great way to see the city and its sights, also - bets way to get around is the trams/metro system - but a travel ticket and just hop on hop off!

The hotel was excellent and close to Wenceslas Square with only a few minutes walk to the Old town, Charles bridge area etc. Hotel staff extremely helpful, spoke English, hotel itself was brilliant; good standard of decor, good size rooms, very clean and well maintained, excellent restaurant facilities in lovely surroundings. The only negative comment was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I personally expected, especially from a five star hotel.

Well worth buying a travel ticket for 1 or 3 days, which allows travel on trams, Metro, buses etc. all around the city; even included the funicular railway up into Petrin Park. We never waited more than 5 mins for a tram, bus or the Metro. Tickets can be bought at the airport information desk, 3 day ticket cost approx £5 p.p. for unlimited travel, excellent value. Trams were a great way to get back to the hotel after a long day trecking around the city with tired and aching feet!
